Philippine payment rails are the subject of these pages, including who runs them, their licence status and what they publish about limits, fees and settlement. Payment figures get passed between affiliate sites with less care than almost anything else on the internet, so every figure here comes from the provider’s own domain or a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas document. There are 5 pages below.

Each of the 5 pages deals with a single entry, not a summary of several. A field above marked “not published” is accounted for on the entry’s page, which names who would have had to put it out.

Each entry in a paragraph

Each gets just enough detail to point you to the page worth opening.

GCash, in detail

Operator: Mynt-affiliated G-Xchange, Inc., the product of a partnership between Ayala Corporation and Globe Fintech Innovations.

Published limit: The ceiling is PHP 100,000 for Fully Verified accounts, checked at any given moment.

On gambling: A blanket prohibition on gambling merchants is absent from GCash’s own terms and conditions, and the nearest general clause is the one on pyramid and Ponzi schemes.

Maya, in detail

Operator: The company is Maya Philippines, Inc., which traded earlier as PayMaya Philippines and began life as Smart Money.

Published limit: Basic users are held to PHP 50,000, Upgraded users to PHP 100,000 per month, Super Users to PHP 500,000 and Ultimate Users to PHP 5,000,000.

On gambling: The e-wallet terms and conditions from Maya, read in full, say nothing specific about gambling and restrict only illegal activity and anti-money-laundering breaches in general terms.

GrabPay explained

Operator: The licensed e-money issuer for Grab in the Philippines, GPay Network Philippines, Inc.

Published limit: Monthly loading of PHP 100,000 on a Standard Consumer wallet, PHP 10,000 on a Restricted wallet, and PHP 250,000 on a driver or merchant wallet.

On gambling: No other Philippine e-wallet examined states its gambling stance as plainly, and the stance is a prohibition.

Bank Transfer, in detail

Operator: Under BSP oversight, Philippine Payments Management, Inc. is the operator of both clearing houses, and the transfers are executed by individual BSP-supervised banks and e-money issuers.

The field reads not applicable instead of blank since a wallet limit does not apply to this rail.

On the subject of gambling transactions, Bank Transfer says nothing. This does not give permission: merchant-category rules often operate without being published, and a payment can be declined even when no public rule exists.

Over-the-Counter Cash Agents, in detail

Operator: A group of independently owned agent networks, each separately BSP-accredited, rather than a single operator, including Philippine Seven Corporation’s CliQQ counters in 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop and others, with every wallet and biller contracting them one by one.

The field reads not applicable instead of blank since a wallet limit does not apply to this rail.

Over-the-Counter Cash Agents has published nothing on its position regarding gambling transactions. This does not give permission: merchant-category rules often operate without being published, and a payment can be declined even when no public rule exists.

The thing most often got wrong here

Wallet limits cannot be reduced to one comparable number. Maya publishes a monthly total; GCash gives a ceiling on the balance held at any one time. Think of a bucket and a tap: any chart that lines up PHP 100,000 with PHP 100,000 as a like-for-like pair is mixing two unlike measures.

Which one of the two a page quotes gets spelled out in its text. Holding funds triggers one limit while moving them triggers the other, a gap that no amount of table formatting closes.

Check payment methods details by opening the game itself

Nothing dates as quickly on a site like this as payment figures. Going back over any one of them costs a couple of minutes:

  1. A comparison page is not the place; open the provider’s own help centre instead. Limits and terms are published by GCash, Maya and Grab on their own domains, and each of the three has revised them in the last two years.
  2. Limits differ by tier, so match any figure you are quoted to its tier. A new account starts on the bottom tier, yet most wallet figures in circulation are the top-tier number passed off as applying to it.
  3. Rather than asking a bank, read the BSP FAQ PDFs for InstaPay and PESONet. At scheme level the per-transaction cap and the fee payer are decided, and what a bank’s page lists covers only that bank’s charges.
  4. The provider’s acceptable use policy deserves a full read wherever gambling and payments are involved. Terms of service, not help articles, are where GrabPay writes down its prohibition; none of its peers here is as direct about it.
  5. Regard all figures here as being dated September 2026. The sourcing of each page is spelled out for this very purpose.

Using these payment methods at BingoPlus

  1. Open the cashier after you sign in at BingoPlus.
  2. Select one of the methods in your account’s cashier and look over the limits it displays.
  3. The name on the BingoPlus account should match the one on your bank or wallet.
  4. Make sure the amount is right and save the reference number until the balance reflects it.

FAQ

Which of these rails has put a stance on gambling transactions on record?

GCash, Maya, GrabPay. GrabPay is the most direct case because it prohibits the activity outright, allowing casino games and sports betting only when registered with the appropriate government agency under its own acceptable use policy.

What is the story behind pages that never mention a deposit minimum?

A deposit minimum comes from the operator's cashier rather than the payment rail, and research did not include opening a BingoPlus cashier. Any figure shown in that slot would be invented.

Are these figures current?

Their date is September 2026: a one-off capture, not a live view. Since limits and fees get revised by payment providers with no notice, each page cites the provider page its number came from, so a recheck is always possible.

Would GCash cover a deposit into a casino account?

There is no blanket ban on gambling merchants in GCash's own terms; still, BSP told every supervised institution in August 2025 to strip in-app gambling links, and GCash has blocked thousands of merchants abusing its QR system. Taken together, those points say nothing publicly about a licensed casino's cashier either way, and this site does not fill the gap.

Wallet by wallet the coverage follows one approach except for GrabPay; what lies behind that exception?

The only terms of service here that prohibit gambling outright are its own. To say to a reader that GrabPay is a straightforward way to fund a casino account would go against GrabPay's own published description.

Explain what InstaPay does differently from PESONet.

Transfers over InstaPay arrive in real time at any hour, with personal transfers capped at PHP 50,000 per transaction. PESONet processes in batches on banking days and has no scheme-wide limit. Which of the two carries a transfer mostly comes down to the amount, because larger sums cannot fit under InstaPay's ceiling and go through PESONet.
