BingoPlus Bingo Jackpot: Reading a Prize Tied to a Ball Count
A bingo jackpot tied to a ball count pays only when a card completes its pattern within a stated number of calls; finish later and the game's normal prize applies instead.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| BingoPlus Bingo Numbers | On a 75-ball bingo card the numbers split into five columns of fifteen: B holds 1 to 15, I holds 16 to 30, N holds 31 to 45, G holds 46 to 60 and O holds 61 to 75. |
| BingoPlus Bingo Rooms | BingoPlus bingo starts with three titles on the Bingo tab: Bingo Mega and Bingo Rush, live studio rooms with hosts on camera, and Bingo Speed from the SPEED studio. |
| BingoPlus E-Bingo Games on the Bingo Boom Tab, Studio by Studio | The BingoPlus Bingo Boom tab held 34 e bingo games on 19 October 2026, from eight studios: YB 12, GEMH 7, BOOM 4, GINTO 3, DARWIN 3, AQUA 2, Swerte 2 and REELX 1. |
A bingo jackpot is not a prize for winning a game. It is a prize for winning it fast. Most jackpots in bingo rooms are tied to a ball count: the card has to complete its pattern within a stated number of calls, and every call after that number takes the jackpot off the table for that game. Above the BingoPlus live rooms a meter carries exactly that kind of label.
The rooms themselves are explained on the live bingo rooms page.
How a bingo jackpot within N balls works
| Ball count when a card finishes | What pays |
|---|---|
| Within the jackpot number | The jackpot, as the room’s rules set it |
| After the jackpot number | The game’s normal prize only |
| No card finishes | The game continues until one does |
Example with round numbers: if a room’s rule says a full card within 50 balls wins the jackpot, a card that finishes on ball 49 takes it, and a card that finishes on ball 51 takes the normal game prize.
The meter above the BingoPlus rooms
The desktop home page shows a meter labelled “Jackpot & Bingo(44B&48B)” beside Bingo Mega and Bingo Rush. Two ball counts, 44 and 48, sit in the label.
The lobby does not say on its home page what each figure applies to. A common pattern in bingo rooms is a smaller ball count for the top jackpot and a larger one for a second tier, but only the room’s rules screen can tell you whether that is how these two work.
- Open Bingo Mega or Bingo Rush.
- Find the rules or information screen inside the room.
- Read which pattern, which ball count and which prize each figure refers to.
- Note whether the jackpot is fixed or grows between games.
The page on the Bingo Mega, Rush and Speed rooms shows where the meter and the rooms sit.
Jackpot bingo versus a progressive jackpot
Jackpot bingo and a progressive jackpot overlap but are not the same thing.
| Ball-count jackpot | Progressive jackpot | |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | Finishing within N calls | The game’s own trigger |
| Size | Fixed or growing, per the room’s rules | Grows with every bet until won |
| Where you meet it | Live rooms and some e-bingo titles | Slots and some bingo titles |
A ball-count jackpot can also be progressive, growing until a card finally beats the count. The glossary entry on how a progressive jackpot builds covers the second idea, and several e-bingo titles on the Bingo Boom tab carry jackpot features of their own.
Tax on a large bingo prize
The lobby’s Terms of Use say jackpots and other prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 are subject to a final withholding tax of 20%, which the operator withholds and remits to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Example with round numbers: on a ₱50,000 prize, 20% is ₱10,000 withheld, leaving ₱40,000. Prizes of Php10,000.00 or less are outside that clause.
You finished a full card but no jackpot was paid.
Check the ball count at the moment your card completed. If it was above the room’s jackpot number, the normal prize is what the rules pay.

What does 44B mean on the BingoPlus meter?
The meter reads "Jackpot & Bingo(44B&48B)". The lobby does not explain it on its home page; the room's rules screen is where the meaning of the 44 and 48 ball counts is set out.
Is a bingo jackpot taxed?
The lobby's Terms of Use say jackpots and other prizes over Php10,000.00 carry a 20% final withholding tax, withheld and paid to the BIR.
