Why a large withdrawal is checked more
The Terms put every deposit and withdrawal under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, naming “enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, or other justifiable causes” as Regulatory Checks that may extend processing.
- Verification. The Terms say the lobby may perform customer verification checks and keep transaction records.
- Review. A transaction tagged or flagged under AMLA may be held, suspended or reported as the AMLC and other authorities require.
- Restricted persons. A player found in PAGCOR’s National Database of Restricted Persons may have a pending withdrawal handled under PAGCOR, AMLC or BSP directions.
